ABOUT ASHLEY

I lead through hard things.

I lead through hard things.

In 2020, I became a new mom with no maternity leave and an 80-hour workweek. I did not quit. I automated my way down to 15 hours. That was before ChatGPT. Before AI was a mandate. I was just someone who needed her life back and figured out that machines could carry more of the load than anyone had told me.

In one deployment, AI-driven initiatives exceeded a $90M annual sales pipeline target in three months. We hit $115M. Not because of a tool. Because of a process for making hard choices about what work is worth a human’s time.

I have implemented AI strategy through a new CFO, layoffs, and three reorganizations in a single year. I have walked into a board mandate to start using AI with no budget and no direction and built the plan anyway. I sit with business teams to map processes by hand, translate that into technical requirements, get it through Infosec and Privacy, and deploy it back to the people who actually use it.

That is what I mean when I say I lead through hard things. I am the person marketing, sales, and IT all call when they cannot agree. I speak all three languages. And I stay until it works.

I run The Alliance, where I advise executive teams, build AI strategy, and take on engagements where someone needs to own the AI vision end to end. I also speak to executive audiences and consult for organizations ready to move from AI conversation to AI execution.
